I’m all about the 'why'—in both work and life, I focus on purpose and the bigger picture. This mindset has shaped my career, fueling my drive to learn, unlearn, and stay open to perspectives from various, sometimes, unlikely sources.I started out as a business analyst at Mu Sigma, moving across product, analytics, and data engineering. Their organizational belief in an 'Interdisciplinary Perspective' validated what I knew instinctively—solving complex problems needs genuinely diverse inputs. That conviction only grew stronger through the Young India Fellowship, where I got the opportunity to learn from a range of subjects and a vibrant peer group, earning a PG Diploma in Liberal Studies and Leadership.My real leap came with SEWA, where I designed and managed projects focused on livelihood resilience, digital development, and market access for MSMEs, and women in the informal economy. This work deepened my commitment to using tech and data for social good. Later, with Climate Asia, I played a key role in securing a multi-year grant and launching the EquiLead program, with the aim of social impact spaces more inclusive and gender-diverse.Now, as an independent consultant with Panoply Digital, I lead business development efforts to secure grants that push forward initiatives in gender inclusion, digital access, and climate resilience.
