My roll as a Sustainability and Operations Coordinator is to execute our team's and company's vision in all assets- minimize carbon pollution and waste sent to landfills as well as increase awareness in public places, work places and residential buildings. Our team has numerous projects within, some of which I am in charge of planning and executing.In one of the projects I am leading, we combined together with a start-up company in order to creat a smart waste room which can track the weight of the different types of waste and recycled garbage. We companied with a social enterprise who hires disabled people, and in each assets they are the heart of the project carrying out the collection of all recycled materials. It is My job to be in charge of 24 people from this enterprise who are spread through the entire country, and qualify them for the job. An aspect that demands a lot of patience but is highly rewarding.

As an operational Officer, I was in charge of all observation activity within my region. In my role, it was my responsibility to be the source of all observational information and report it, mainly to high ranks whom I worked closely with. I was the head of 60 soldiers and our platoon's purpose was protecting the border by using observational devices, and directing combat forces.In 2015 I received a certificate of excellence from the Division Commander
