I have 20 years of experience as a developer and leader of teams and R&D departments as an officer (Captain, res.) in the Israeli Defense force and as a CTO, entrepreneur and CEO In the private market in the recent decade. During my service in Mamram, IDF’s elite tech unit, I served as a programmer and team leader for one of the army’s web applications, headed the IDF developers course (training over 500 developers) to later get promoted to head IDF’s C4I academy software development department, overseeing 10 officers and over 300 soldiers for 3 years. For the last 18 months of my service, I was the first officer in the founding team of the then-new IDF Cyber Security Command. I was honored by the IDF’s chief of staff for excellence in his service.I was the CTO of the WIC group (now wizdraw), overseeing a team of local and remote developers and leading the group’s R&D strategy and execution. I then co-founded and led Everthere for 6.5 years, getting a successful product to market that is still in use by marquee customers. Since late 2019, and based on my experience working with marketing teams at Everthere, I co-founded Brew, and currently serve as the CEO of the company.
