Inventory Controller Specialist
Current- Providing routine management reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on inventory performance including the improvement tips.- Communicate effectively with suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, quality, and pricing.- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to forecast demand, procure necessary products, and optimize inventory levels to ensure a smooth process in order to receive, store and dispatch products correctly, and to optimize costs while meeting operational needs and demand.- Develop inventory replenishment strategies to ensure timely availability of critical products while minimizing excess inventory.- Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete items for disposition and Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.- Implement best practices for inventory control, storage, and handling to optimize space utilization and minimize waste.- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock.- Detail-oriented and skilled in building positive relationships with local suppliers, negotiating the opportunities, terms and pricing.- Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure service continuity, and to identify the alternative sourcing and improvement opportunities.- Utilize inventory management software and tools to automate routine tasks and enhance visibility into inventory levels and trends.- Overseeing the supply & demand forecast, order frequency, order process and tracking the arrival of the products.- Ensure targets are met and business continuity by monitoring and analyzing the forecast and the plan with the actual demand.
