Customer service specialist looking to start a career in IT. I've spent the earlier 10 of my last 15 yrs working directly with customers to assist them to the best of my ability. The most recent 5 yrs have been more focused in the background whether that be working with contractors or other colleagues in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient working environment. I've reached a point in my life where i feel it is time to improve myself. To do so, i am currently preparing for certification exams that will assist me in gaining the knowledge necessary to become an excellent it support administrator that specializes in cloud security.
