• Providing 3rd line support through a ticketing system in accordance with SLA’s.• Provisioning new Windows Servers including networking, allocating resources and applying industry security standards.• Deployment and management of Sophos Cloud across all Windows endpoint/ server devices.• DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP experience in a multi-site environment.• Active Directory and Group Policy administration for multiple domains.• Veaam Backup and Replication for DR and recovery purposes through item level targeting restores, VM restores and file recovery.• Managing a VMware environment integrated within a dHCI solution.• Nimble SAN implementation and management through HPE InfoSight.• Experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager by creating enrolment profiles, device configurations and enrolling Windows/ iOS and Android devices. • Managing multiple tenants on Azure including applying features such as Conditional Access and license assignments.• Experience of migrating telephony to Microsoft Teams and managing Policies alongside creating Resource Accounts and Call Queues.• Remote site configuration and implementation of Meraki SDWAN firewalls, MX64/MX67 alongside Wireless Access Points.• Experience managing, Cisco ASA, SonicWall NSA and multiple Juniper firewalls including implementing access rules and network zones.• Managing VLAN’s and routing on Cisco and HP Aruba network switches.• Experience with setting up an RDS 2016 environment with multiple session hosts and publishing applications via RemoteApp. • Creating detailed network diagrams in Visio to document changes to a multi-site infrastructure.• Working within an ITIL environment and documenting changes for Change Control.
