- Conduct regular building inspections and prepare reports.- Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives.- Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and overcome objections from customers.- Approach potential customers to establish relationships; Aim to preserve clients and renew contracts.- Resolve complaints from the tenants quickly and effectively.- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes; Manage and direct cleaning and security staff and activities.- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards.- Negotiate and liaise with third-party service providers; Ensure facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
