- Manage the PMO activities and team resources overseeing the implementation of the different projects. - Managing company projects portfolio for Otlob Egypt and other Middle East subsidiaries, including Transformation projects, Marketing campaigns, and Integration projects.- Provides leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and related functions across the organization.- Introduce Project Management best practices to the organization, responsibility matrices, RACI forms, and enhanced workflows.

Project Manager and Business Analyst for Commercial projects for different segments. - Managing commercial projects for different customer segments (Prepaid, Data, and Postpaid), with cross-departmental team members and stake-holders. - Ensuring the projects delivery within the planned time and cost constraints. - Delivering complete Project Risk Assessment, to identify any risks impacting the delivery. - Analyse commercial requirements, translating them into detailed Service Description Requirements documents. - Setting and executing the Annual Marketing plan for the Prepaid and Data segments, ensuring the successful delivery.

Leading the Quality Assurance and testing team and Project Manager for all Charging Solutions products over Ericsson Charging System: - Managing Quality Assurance team projects and tasks, ensuring the most efficient resources utilisation. - Owner of OCS testing environment, ensuring its availability, and functionality to handle all the testing requirements. - Project Manager, and interface for all projects developed and subcontracted to subcontractors, ensuring E2E delivery and launch. - Ensuring projects are delivered within their acceptance criteria for time, cost and quality.

Technical Project / Product Manager, working on different project phases starting from studying requests for new services up till the commercial launch, covering the below roles:Project Management:- Build the project team (including team members from different departments & suppliers) and define their roles.- Build the project plan in coordination with the complete team.- Perform all project management tasks, ensure all projects / services are successfully implemented according to the plan.- Provide management & stakeholders with regular reports about the ongoing projects.Risk Management:- Project Risk Management, Risk assessment, through RIF and check-listing.Requirements building:- Work very close with the business teams during the requirements phase & participate in brain storming sessions till finalizing the complete scope.Solution Architect:- Study the final Service description & convert the business requirements to technical specifications. Capacity planning:- Perform solution design that fulfills business requirements, covering service logic, integration, reporting & complete feasibility study.- Work with other teams / departments to ensure that design is compliant with company standards.Supplier Selection / Tendering:- Based on the project type / scope, decide whether to go for tender or develop on existing platforms.- In case of tenders, Prepare Tender documents, carry out supplier’s evaluation / selection & negotiate financial proposals.Testing / Acceptance Management:- Design the testing strategy & scenarios to ensure that delivered development meets the business requirements & company standards.- Lead the testing team to perform the complete acceptance.- Perform capacity planning to avoid network congestion & to cope with future marketing forecast.- Monitor utilization & customer usage trends to build customer profile.
