Reported directly to the Production Manager and General Manager. Implemented production policies and procedures in compliance with ISO standards. Supervised day-to-day production activities, developed production schedule comprising of weekly manpower allocation, track of available manpower and manpower distribution. Handled end-to-end project management from sales to design and production, obtained approvals on samples from client and ensured every product activity is quality checked. Liaised with quality, procurement, sales and design to ensure all essential project-wise details are collected and transferred to the manufacturing team to maintain hassle-free production. Ensured all production activities are in line with ISO standards, documented all processes and procedures followed during production. Coordinated with suppliers and vendors, to gain the best quotes on materials requested, raised BOQs. Coordinated with sub-contractors to ensure projects assigned are completed with high quality and on-time while meeting mandatory project specifications. Prepared MS Project for every project and monitor the progress, estimated and actual to make sure project completion is progressing as per schedule.
