 Leading a team of QC engineers & inspectors. Monitoring all inspectors’ activities at workshop & sites. Ensuring that all data provided to inspectors are controlled from DOC. Control. Monitoring the capability of welders on the basis of NDT results. Reviewing Inspection and test plan (ITP) for any project plate work, steel structure, pressure vessels, boilers, and tanks. Reviewing client equipment & specifications for any new project and give technical advises for estimation department according to Quality view. Provide technical training for production, Technical office & estimation about welding and quality.• Demonstrates the achievement of quality objectives and targets• Assist and coordinate with the SHEQ Team Leader and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on Companies Quality Management standards and Project requirements.• Advice on setting up the improvement guidelines for Company Quality Management System to employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees.• Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans, and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended.• Develops the existing Quality Management System as necessary with additional procedures/instructions for station-specific aspects• Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization.• Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.• Ensure that Quality Management is applied in line with the Project Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Pre Commissioning/Commissioning phases of the Project.• Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across Quality Management System.Requirements

 Dimensional check for any steel structures and visual inspection of welds according to applicable code and client specs. Reviewing the material certificates (chemical analysis and mechanical tests). Checking the material traceability  Monitoring the capability of each welder on the basis of NDT results. Prepare required documentations (dimension, visual, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant tests reports). Maintain quality records. Inspection and test plan (ITP) for any project plat work, steel structure and tanks. Internal Auditing. Preparation of the required QC documents according to the client specs and QC procedure.
