Provides expertise to support the development and implementation of HSE risk controls related to all project's activities, executed in Projects. Offshore ( Deep water ) and onshore .• Provide leadership and support for Senior Management and Engineers in the Projects Dept.• Leads by example, consistently displaying and enforcing the Company's values & behaviors• Ensure an efficient and effective cohesive approach on HSE management for all activities in line with the overall venture HSE Management System at all sites.• Prepare the HSE Plan in line with Company polices and track progress of the actions.• Prepare all project specific HSE procedures including emergency response, incident investigation and incident reporting and review contractor bridging documents• Responsible for direct support to the Projects General Manager as well as deployment of HSE support, by HSE coaches in projects.• Supporting Projects Execution and commit to Goal Zero delivery.• Understand risks and ensure pragmatic solutions are implemented to deliver credible, competitive andaffordable operations.• Co-develop and execute the annual HSE Business Improvement and assurance plan and track actions closing and HSE leader program.• Manage the approval by the authorities for the EIA and develop an environmental commitments plan and track progress with implementation of the actions.• Participate in HAZID', HAZOP's, HSE Audits.• Review and approve all contractor HSE plan and track progress of the actions.• Facilitate LOD1-2-3 audits held in-country or as a desktop exercise.• Supervise, coach, develop and mentor HSE staff.• Participate in incident investigations, incident reporting, review incident investigations for quality of findings, participating in Incident Review Panels and share learnings.• Maintain HSE KPI monitoring and reporting and provide HSE statistics for the projects Monthly and annualreports.• Promote the concept of HSE within the project team and with contractors.
