• Administer claims follow-up; negotiate the tariff conditions with hotels.

• Welcome the customers and accompany them during the stay;
• Represent the company by providing information and resolving any problems that may arise; follow up with the customer after excursions for feedback;
• Sell excursions and products; deliver customer service to all guests;
• Deal with all minor problems effectively; escalate all others as required; complete appropriate forms and reports; be used as interpreter.
