Responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor: - Leading team of Quantity surveyors for all architectural works takeoff during tender stage. Assisting estimation manager with all the information needed for pricing the trades. Incorporating the tender addendums & enquiring the discrepancies through raising the RFI’s within the specified time limit. Representing the company during site visits, consultant meetings etc. & reporting back line manager. Assisting the procurement department for finalizing the supplier / sub-contractor for the jobs if awarded. Check & reconciling the take-off disputes arising with site team after successful project award.

Responsibilities as a Asst. Quantity Surveyor:- Measuring of quantities as per IFC drawings.  Following the budget while preparing & forwarding material Requisitions (MR’s) to higher authority for approvals. Preparation of Variations as per changes to contract drawings. Preparation of Sub-Contractor billing based on actual work done on by the respective sub-contractors. Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from the client representative in preparation for the monthly billing. Assisting accounts department in releasing the payment to sub-contractors. Keeping record of day to day activities of Labor & machinery for tracking efficiency. Representing company in joint measurements for sub-contracting.Responsibilities as a Procurement Engineer Being part of the team in the process of procurement, expediting procurement, execution and implement vendor agreements for projects and estimation dept. within the procurement strategy plan. Assisting Procurement manager by sending RFQ's, answering the queries, arranging quotations from company approved supplier / Subcontractor’s list. Identification of specialist vendors/suppliers in UAE & Internationally duly following the approved vendor list provided during tender stage. Preparation of comparison statements of different quoted suppliers / sub-contractors as per company approved format. Assisting the manager in selection of specialist supplier / sub-contractor which duly follows specifications of the project in least possible contract value. Negotiation with Specialists, as necessary, and subject to procurement route, to achieve commercial targets. Ongoing support to Operations' / Commercial teams as to precisely what has been procured. Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in line with company procurement procedures. Assisting the Head of Procurement in the implementation of the business plan for Procurement Strategy.
