To run the Institute as per instructions of the Board of DirectorsResponsibilities:To manage the Institute (as per directives of the board of directors through its Chairman) Planning and Budgeting:(a) Plan the administrative budget and present to the board of directors through chairman/secretary and get approvals.(b) Implement the budget and report the variances with explained details.Admissions policy:Prepare plan for admission from corporate sectors, banks, chambers, industrial sectors, multinational companies and Govt. Depts.Plan should be presented to board of directors for approvalCampus admin:(a) (i) Hire the staff for admin. (ii) Hire the faculty as per requirement permanent/visiting. (b) Coordinate with shift supervisor for time table of classes keeping a maximum use of faculty. (c) Responsible for Maintenance of building, equipment and furniture. (d) Control of Expenses (through accounts) approval of expenses (as per guidelines of board of directors.)(e) Reporting to Board of Directors. Monthly reports of;(a) Student’s attendance.(b) Student’s fee collection.(c) Campus Expenses.(d) Any other matter other than Budget Plan. (f) Students Activities.(i) Plan Workshops/Tours.(ii) Plan Sports Teams/ Tours.(iii) Plan Picnics / Tours. (v) Plan Chairman / Sec Visits.(g) Govt. Relationship.(I)Make sure the required reports /fees/approvals/visits of governmental department HEC are fulfilled.(h) Keep the track of other in situations activity.(i) keep the environment of the institution clean, educative, and non political and healthy.(j) Forward all suggestions towards improvement/enhancement/development to Board of Directors through the chairman/ secretary.(k) Arrange scholarships from business community.(l) Arrange Annual Function and sponsorships from business community. (m) Arrange Annual Magazine and get Advertisements from business community.
