Making sure all design requirements are executed before final handover of the project.• Supervision of all facility service contracts and support with tendering. • Ensure all Health & Safety and Environmental statutory & JLL’s best practice procedures & systems are in place.• Support the Mall Manager in the preparation of the annual operating budget and service charge. • Ensure the delivery of the Properties Maintenance, Security, Cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Control, Health & Safety and Service Charge provision to the performance standards required and within the cost budgets approved.• Preparing all necessary documents such as Operation plans, Fit out Manuals and any technical requirements.

- Responsible for supervision of all maintenance and operation of electrical systems in the project such as MV substations (13.8KV SF6 switchgear), transformers, switchgears and generators. LV control panels, Power panels, UPS, SCADA and Building Management System (BMS) panels including Preventive and Corrective work orders and checklists. - Performing technical studies on specific systems and providing recommendations as per specific requirements of the project. - Working on handover process with contractors for electrical systems as per design and inspection of consultant. - Providing weekly and monthly report of maintenance department (Electro-mechanical and Civil) to administration. - Worked on formulating employee evaluation form, Risk management plan of the company and Standard Operating procedure of the maintenance Department. - Responsible for handling the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of the department. (MAXIMO Application)- Member of the project Safety Committee as the technical team responsible for all the electro-mechanical issues related with Safety in the project. Part of the team developing the Master emergency action plan for the project.

- Power factor correction panels design, Installation and commissioning.- Energy conservation and power monitoring devices - Installing APSS (Active Power Saving System) panels all over the kingdom. Scheduling/executing and supervising MV & LV power system and performing Capacitor Bank design for big industrial facilities, factories and Hotels. - Undertaking site surveys and load analysis of possible clients and design most appropriate solution of power saving and energy management. - Capacitor bank design and load survey for power saving and energy management system. - Responsible for most administration issues and external communication with suppliers and vendors from Europe.

- Keeping a database record for all maintenance requests and following SLA for completion of request. - Using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for western region operation and following status of each request.- Receiving all maintenance complaints from all mobily outlets in western region and following up the job with the assigned maintenace technician to finialize within SLA.- Make internal design proposals for new offices and branches to best suit the number of team assigned.
