With over five years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate and driven professional who specializes in recruitment and total rewards management. I have successfully designed, implemented, and evaluated compensation and benefits programs that align with the organizational goals and culture of HBI, a national leader in career training for the building industry. As part of the HR team, I have also contributed to employee engagement and well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and surveys, to enhance the employee experience and retention. Prior to joining HBI, I worked as an HR Coordinator at Alma, an advertising agency who worked with top brands, where I supported the recruitment, onboarding, and benefits process. I hold a Masters degree in Public Policy and Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University. I am also trilingual - English, French, and Spanish. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the human resources field as I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation the most.
