From 2017 to 2020, I taught English, experiencing the transformational power of information on young minds and making a difference in the lives of my students. These four years of experience were a journey of growth, learning, and making a positive impact on the lives of my students.Entering the professional teaching field was both exciting and nerve-racking at first. However, over time, I was able to create a helpful and interesting learning environment by using cutting-edge approaches and technology. My goal was to instill critical thinking, analytical abilities, creativity, and a love of reading in my students. Despite the hurdles, I altered my approach to meet the needs and backgrounds of students of all ages and backgrounds by partnering with other teachers, attending workshops, and pursuing professional development opportunities to stay current on teaching trends and approaches.As an English teacher, I loved seeing my students grow and improve, especially in language skills, confidence, and reading. I hoped to teach qualities such as empathy, respect, and tenacity in my students, preparing them for challenges outside of the classroom.
