CurrentEducation Global Practice (HEDGE)• Currently managing the EdTech program of activities, including the Youth Skills and Resilient Hybrid Systems Global Public Goods and Capacity Building program. This includes results and budget reporting, supporting the write-up of global public goods, website design and management, updating the active dialogue with countries, organizing events, preparing presentations, supporting the EdTech Policy Academy, etc.• Co-authored the Foundational Learning Compact Progress Report 2021-22.• Co-managed the GPE grant for Continuity and Acceleration of Learning in response to COVID-19 by conducting monitoring of deliverables, results reporting, budgeting, communications, knowledge management, and dissemination related to EdTech, Remote Formative Assessment Solutions, Read@Home, Structured Lesson Plans, and Technology for Teaching. This included drafting the Concept Note; developing the results framework; preparing periodic Progress Reports to update on results, which included coordinating with UNESCO, UNICEF and country teams; updating grant budget utilization for GPE and recommending reallocations; developing feature stories (Sierra Leone, Pakistan) and blogs (1st blog, 2nd blog) to highlight the impact and lessons of the work; coordinating BBLs to report progress; attending Steering and Technical Committee meetings with GPE leadership; managing the internal website and creating external sites; keeping the SharePoint updated; and co-authoring the interactive pdf “Practical Knowledge Tools to Build Resilient Education Systems” to showcase the global public goods produced. • Co-authored the 2020 and the 2019 Systems Approach for Better Education Results (SABER) Annual Reports.
