Afghanistan Country Management Unit (SACKB)• Updated the results framework at the program level with key outcome and output indicators to monitor the active portfolio of Afghanistan; coordinated program results reporting indicators with other MDBs such as ADB, IsDB and UNDP; and participated in a high-level workshop in Istanbul on risk management and results reporting in September of 2022, where I presented the program results framework to donors and partners.• Put together the intervention logic and results framework of the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF), and organized consultation workshops with donors in 2021.• Provided research on results and sector policy analysis for the 2019 and 2020 Scorecard reports, which included reviewing the projects’ results frameworks.• Provided research for the 2021-2024 PFFP to set the partnership's approach to enhanced quality in program delivery and the financing plan for ARTF resources.• Drafted the Afghanistan Performance and Learning Review (PLR). Elaborated the final report of the TF "Strengthening Community Level Service Delivery in Afghanistan" on main achievements and results.
