Since then, I've led teams and spearheaded projects across different industries. My extensive experience in the mining sector has exposed me to diverse cultures and business landscapes in Ecuador, Canada, Mexico, and Chile, enriching my understanding of complex environments.Transitioning into coaching felt like a natural progression for me. As someone who has navigated corporate burnout, I deeply value mental health and the delicate balance between professional and personal life. This insight has propelled me to assist entrepreneurs and executives in finding balance, leveraging principles of neuro-development, disruptive leadership, and ethical practices.Beyond my professional journey, being a mother to my two wonderful children has been the most fulfilling role in my life.
