This innate curiosity has led me to explore various aspects of life and career, spanning from education and mining to coaching and business leadership. I'm Mabel Orbea, a versatile individual who has discovered her purpose in empowering others to achieve their full potential.Becoming a mother at 19 and starting my first business at 22 marked significant milestones in my life. Since then, I've led teams and spearheaded projects across different industries. My extensive experience in the mining sector has exposed me to diverse cultures and business landscapes in Ecuador, Canada, Mexico, and Chile, enriching my understanding of complex environments.Transitioning into coaching felt like a natural progression for me. As someone who has navigated corporate burnout, I deeply value mental health and the delicate balance between professional and personal life. This insight has propelled me to assist entrepreneurs and executives in finding balance, leveraging principles of neuro-development, disruptive leadership, and ethical practices.Beyond my professional journey, being a mother to my two wonderful children has been the most fulfilling role in my life. Their resilience and joy inspire me every day. I firmly believe embracing femininity as our superpower allows us to foster mutual respect and co-create transformative changes in society.In my leisure time, I enjoy practicing yoga, playing beach volleyball, and immersing myself in nature through adventurous trips and hikes. As the Director of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Ecuador, a member of Women for Ecuador, and a delegate of Women of Peace for Ecuador, I've had the privilege of influencing business development and promoting human well-being on both national and international platforms.My mission is to cultivate ethical and sustainable leadership practices, promoting diversity and inclusion in every aspect of work.
