Worked in DS Plus since Sep 2019, in collaboration with allied health team, early interventionists, psychologists, social workers, preschool teachers, parents- a Transdisciplinary approach, to:- Work as a Key Worker to help children integrate into their natural home/school settings- Work as the main interventionist/ person of contact for families and preschool teachers/Principal. - Work together with preschool teachers and families to formulate child’s IEP goals and suitable intervention plans.- Conduct Tele-health sessions independently or with Team Members - Plan workshop for mainstream Preschools/ parents- Conducted Parent Workshops: How to facilitate social interaction in your children, Organising successful play dates - Plan Holiday Program for DS Plus clients

Worked in a centre-based setting till Dec 2019, in collaboration with allied health team, psychologists, teachers, parents - a Transdisciplinary approach, to : - Work with children (aged 2-6) who are diagnosed with autism, global developmental delay, speech delay, cerebral palsy, and other genetic disorders- Assess and identify child’s fine motor/sensory/ADL needs. - Formulate suitable intervention programs for individuals/group. - Conduct parent/teacher training: Handwriting and Toileting- Plan and implement holiday programs- Design, develop, and manage the construction of a new learning/play corner
