▪ Led team to develop and manage SMU’s bilateral and multilateral relations with foreign university partners and stakeholders in Americas, Europe and Australia to deliver mutually beneficial collaborations.▪ Conceptualised and implemented SMU’s inaugural exercise to review and identify strategic partnerships and develop key engagement initiatives.▪ Analysed and provided counsel to internal stakeholders on external engagements, including participation in international alliances and networks, thought leadership platforms, and engagement with diplomatic corp and industry leaders.

Singapore: Inside Out is a multi-disciplinary showcase celebrating Singapore’s contemporary creative talents during the nation's 50th birthday in 2015. The project traveled to Beijing, London and New York before returning to Singapore and attracted some 50,000 visitors in total.▪ Successfully executed the project’s first stop in Beijing within a nine-month timeline, managing cultural and language differences, and relations with multiple internal and external stakeholders. ▪ Amplified reach of the project through the identification and engagement of strong partners including corporates, institutions, media owners and venues - secured win-win partnerships and sponsorships▪ Led successful community outreach programme with schools and associations, leading to strong volunteer participation and work-of-mouth publicity.

The Singapore International Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation set up in 1991, and supported by then-Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong. The organisation builds understanding, inspires action and enables collaborations between Singaporeans and world communities through cross-cultural interactions which promote the sharing of ideas, skills and experiences to effect change. ▪ Revamped the organisation’s arts and culture portfolio – resulted in 300% increase in the number of cultural ambassadors collaborating with SIF under the Singapore Internationale grant programme▪ Managed year-long Artist-in-Residence exchange programme in partnership with the British Council, leading to multiple exhibition and engagement events in Singapore and London. ▪ Led four-member project team to develop and execute the signature “DiverseCity” multi-disciplinary creative showcase, which profiled over 100 local and international artists, and drew over 1,500 attendees from the diplomatic, corporate, social and arts sectors. ▪ Developed and organised two thought leadership forums in social entrepreneurship, and arts and history, attracting over 600 attendees, and garnering regional media coverage. ▪ Oversaw the annual Young Business Ambassadors professional exchange programme between Singapore and Shanghai, in partnership with Chinese government agency, the Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship for Foreign Countries.

JTC Corporation (JTC) is the lead agency in Singapore to spearhead the planning, promotion and development of a dynamic industrial landscape.▪ Provided clear and timely communication of strategic direction, new projects and media reports via internal communications channels, including with Board members. ▪ Evaluated and coordinated all sponsorship requests to ensure strong and relevant branding and association for JTC. ▪ Hosted visits and briefings to foreign delegates, Ministry guests and students to ensure accurate and favourable representation of organisation. ▪ Developed JTC’s Chinese corporate collaterals to allow better communication with Chinese stakeholders.

▪ Managed marketing and publicity for all projects, including 13-month long campaign for Singapore’s largest locally-produced musical at cost of over S$2 million, VICTOR/VICTORIA.▪ Generated over S$1 million in media value for VICTOR/VICTORIA across key regional and local media, including the International Herald Tribune, Reuters, Channelnews Asia, Channel 5 and Straits Times.
