Current• Delivery of key IT initiatives in support of customer needs and ongoing IT projects.• Lead the planning and execution of multiple, concurrent IT programs and projects.• Identify potential program risks and develop mitigation strategies.• Proactively address and resolve any project or program-related issues.• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to manage expectations andprogram goals.• Work closely with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and project teams toensure successful outcomes.• Plan operational readiness and acceptance for new projects and configurations.• Act as an escalation point for operational support including maintenance, problemmanagement, monitoring and application support.• Provide guidance on best practices in project management and ensure teamperformance is in line with project goals
