I worked on the Data and Business Intelligence team as a business and project professional. My primary focus while on this team has been gathering and documenting system requirements from the business community, formulating detailed project plans for team members and myself and implementing and initiating a newly formalized testing process and tools. The platforms I’ve had experience with while part of this team are Siebel HTIM, Oracle Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Active Directory, AIX, etc.

Department: MSS (Manufacturing Systems Suite) Account SupportI previously worked on the MSS Account Support team as a Business Analyst. My primary focus while on this team was completing in-depth analysis of software change requests, testing system enhancements and fixes, assisting with multiple software implementations and leading training efforts for new hires. The platform for this system is the mainframe. I was also led efforts with Sarbanes-Oxley audits, the MSS service desk and a problem solving team.

Department: MSS (Manufacturing Systems Suite) Account Support & Product Management- Worked with the business community to define requirements and perform root cause analysis for home grown ERP mainframe system. Worked with development to ensure technical specifications match functional requirements.- Produced an original new hire on-boarding process and manual. Utilized the new process to train multiple new hires.- Established end user training documentation for multiple modules of a home grown ERP mainframe system.- Defined and documented a new software change request system. Trained the business community in order to transition to the new web based system.

Department: Data Center Operations & Global Service Desk - Monitored and responded to system messages to ensure successful job completion for several mainframe systems.- Worked with tape silos in the Corporate Headquarters' Data Center by replenishing tapes needed for day to day operations and preparing tapes for offsite shipment. Coordinated with a third party vendor for issue resolution.- Worked with the Global Service Desk to provide various levels of customer support. Gained experience with customer service and troubleshooting skills.
