- Served on an eight-person task force that analyzed organization turnover & retention and recommended solutions to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of FINRA (formerly NASD).- Project manager, of an 11-person cross-functional team, to identify, assess, and recommend the vendor for Learning Management Systems that was effectively implemented January 2007.- Developed an international strategic integrated marketing and communications plan to become a desired employer by BS and MBA graduates, which was subsequently approved and implemented in full by senior management.
