As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I specialize in conducting and supervising assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing behaviour consultations. My mission is to share best practices backed by science and deliver high-quality, effective services. Additionally, I provide training and coaching for staff and parents, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each child.I have over 15 years of experience in special needs education, and I was the co-founder and former director of Miles Autism Academy. This center is dedicated to offering personalized interventions for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Throughout my career, I have led a team of professionals in delivering quality services and have collaborated with various special needs organizations and experts to continuously enhance my skills and knowledge.My passion for learning and teaching new techniques and supporting autistic individuals has driven me to conduct numerous in-house training and public workshops. I am always eager to connect with others who share my vision and values, aiming to make a positive impact in the field of special needs education.
