My role as a UI developer is to make the company's products more accessible to researchers and developers. My responsibilities include:- Developing the chat interface of the company's flagship conversational AI "Dream"- Building a VSCode extension for creating simple chatbots with little to no coding- Expanding the front-end team, recruiting, conducting technical interviews- Working with product managers and users to improve products- Building custom internal toolsKey Accomplishments: - I proposed, designed and built a brand-new UI for managing the company's AI systems from a single dashboard. This project is sill under development and is on track to be one of the company's main products. - Shipped a VSCode extension with a tight deadline, which was showcased on conferences EMNLP 2021, Conversations AI, and is accepted for GTC 2022 - Built a chat interface and landing page for the company's socialbot - Built a data markup tool for collecting a dataset of speech functions, allowing the company to train state-of-the-art models
