• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of monthly financial results against budget, forecast and prior year in order to report relevant information to management• Lead HFM administrator• Utilizing and creating web reports, ad hoc and Excel queries with HFM• Perform regular HFM administrator updates• Prepare competitive benchmarking analyses for executive leadership• Prepare Investor, Analyst, Board of Directors and other ad hoc presentations• Conduct regular calls and reviews with select country financial directors• Assist in testing, updating and creating documentation for global HFM upgrade• Conduct department presentations on competitive analysis and specific company results

- Work closely with Excel and Prophet 21 software in order to create new ways of streamlining ordering, billing and other daily operations - Train coworkers to utilize newly developed operations on a daily/weekly basis- Maintain rebates for customer specific products- National Account billing representative - Constantly working with Sales, Accounts Receivable and Accounting in order to keep pricing up to date in relation to market demand- Independent research for new upgrades and bug fixes for company wide software- Involved in launching and continuously developing strategic pricing software
