    Working on a consultancy basis, I was responsible for leading the award-winning digital content strategy for Aviva Business Solutions as part of a £3m B2B auto-enrolment campaign. Achievements included:• Crafting the digital content strategy for Aviva Business Solutions' 'Save Smarter' and 'Big Enough' auto-enrolment propositions. Using a combination of SEO, paid search, social and direct marketing activities to target SME audiences that resulted in a 500% conversion uplift for Aviva's 'Quote & Buy' platform. • Significantly increasing funnel traffic into the Aviva Business Solutions website by undertaking a complete, UI and UX overhaul as well as implementing a data-driven SEO marketing strategy for the AE website. Subsequent recommendations saw improved customer journeys, usability and page design. Reduced quote bounce rates and increased conversions. • Successful proposal and implementation of an interactive 'pension staging date tool' and ‘cart abandonment’ re-marketing process that tripled traffic volumes into the quote and buy portal.• Provided subject matter expertise on Aviva's first ever augmented-reality project as part of the 'Save Smarter' B2B awareness campaign.• Successfully securing a '.gov' back-link from The Pensions Regulator that highlighted Aviva’s auto-enrolment proposition. The applied changes resulted in huge traffic gains from the referral traffic and a significant SERPs boost for Aviva.
