With over 16 years of experience as a human rights activist and a founder of Restless Beings, an international organisation that works with marginalised communities, I am passionate about creating a more just and equitable world. I lead a team of 36 across the UK and abroad, overseeing the strategic vision, communication, and funding of our projects, which range from supporting street children in Bangladesh to advocating for the Rohingya stateless community in Burma and Bangladesh.As an independent education and school improvement consultant at Bond International Consultancy, I collaborate with clients to offer creative and long-lasting solutions that enhance their potential, value, and success. I have expertise in areas such as business planning, social media marketing, and creative and brand promotion. Currently, I am working with an education trust in Nigeria to conceptualise, build, and launch three private schools in central Abuja. Previously, I was a head teacher of an independent faith-based school in Birmingham, where I transformed the school's performance, reputation, and pupil numbers. I am also a public speaker on various topics related to human rights, politics, and education, and have spoken at many international conferences and events.
