This extends to non-Linksys devices that are directly affected or influenced by our product, i.e. wireless printers, IP/security cameras, Android phones & tablets, etc.- Theaters from APAC, NA & Chat were given the directive to endorse unresolved cases to CAT, such as:o Existing IR-C’s that need counterchecking & filtering before endorsing to L2o Possible bugs & bubble-up itemso Looping troubleshooting from L1 techo Asking for senior technician to handle the client’s concerno Investigation of refund request cases & customer complaintso Filtering RMA cases that lacks troubleshooting stepso Replicating unusual & complicated issues- Email Requests from PMO’so Customer complaints through social networkingo Service recovery: Customer dissatisfaction expressed through the CSAT survey- Social Media Team (Radian6)o Selected CCPs from the team are tasked to cater to answer queries addressed via Facebook, Twitter & the Home Community Forum:- Product-related queries- Discussions across social media- Product Reviews from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, newegg & Walmarto This team also processes call-outs as requested by the Facilitation Team- CAT also caters incoming calls from Service Providers (split 57), Network Magic (split 79), APAC Reseller (split 85) & Internal Escalation Skill 5 (split 67).
