Major responsibilities included issuance and disbursement of Dividends, maintenance of multiple Dividend Bank Accounts and preparation of their Bank Recons, maintaining a filing calendar for all statutory filings to SECP and Stock Exchange and correspondence with these for filing all relevant documents, advice legal department on issues pertaining to Business Laws in particular Companies Ordinance, 1984, Verification of monthly management accounts and interpretation of variances from budget, maintenance of day to day activities of Shares Dept. Beside these, I was also part of the team working on Structural Reorganization of HUBCO which included formation of a complex group structure and Demerger of one plant facility.
