• I was entrusted to work on a project considered to be one of the colossal ventures in the Kingdom, theconstruction of an Aramco refinery in Jazan. My responsibility was to manage the contractor in establishingthe process control rooms and installing the instrumentation for managing the refinery's operations.• Working towards achieving a balance between project progress, availability of necessary materials,conducting pre-installation material inspections, and ensuring the company's manufacturing quality approval.• Managing the contractor to ensure their work is carried out as required and providing guidance to theirspecialists in daily tasks, aiming to achieve a monthly goal of 98% success rate.• Conducting a weekly meeting with the contractor to address the challenges they face, with a focus onanalyzing the problems and proposing necessary solutions to avoid delays in project completion.• Monitoring the contractor to ensure they perform the required work within the specified timeframe• Reviewing and approving over 2000 requests for inspection RFI and certifying them to meet Aramcostandards.• Writing daily reports on the contractor's work and the progress of their daily tasks.Daily on-site work to ensure the general safety of the contractor and provide consultations to support them intheir tasks.
