The premise was less can be more, and all books could be read in 30-45 minutes. The topics included Leadership, Change, Service, Teamwork and Kindness. Simple Truths became the leader in this niche by publishing over 150 books that sold over 10 million copies. The company was sold to a leading independent publisher in 2013.

A direct mail catalog company which became the undisputed leader in motivational wall decor. The company focused on themes such as leadership, service, teamwork, and attitude. The business model was to combine beautiful photographs with words to reinforce corporate values and personal goals.
