Mac's goal is to find the movement potential in everyone he works with. Since he was young, Mac has been motivated by two things; being the best athlete he could be, and helping others. He became very intrigued with human movement and the efficiency of the human body. In college Mac decided to dedicate himself to helping others become the best athlete's they could be. Since then he has worked with athlete's of all ages and skill levels. Mac improves his client's lives through nourishment, movement, rest/recovery, and behavior. He specializes in injury prevention and athletic performance. Mac's interests include baseball, basketball, football, powerlifting, olympic lifting, running, snowboarding, hiking, parkour, gymnastic and crossfit.
