Mac is best known for his strategic planning, business development and management skills to lead and grow the business with an eye for acquisitions that complement corporate strategy execution. With fifteen years as a chief executive officer, he is a proven, visionary leader who builds strong leadership teams, develops and integrates corporate culture that drives teamwork and results in strong organic growth. Mac is well recognized in M&A environment both in the government contracting market and on Wall Street, including both debt and equity markets. Being the executive responsible for more than 25 M&A transactions he has extensive knowledge in the process and environment.With a long history as a chief executive, Mac has similar experience as a board member.
