Reporting to the company owner for work daily work details, conducting a pre-job meeting with crew and associated paperwork, completing  pre-trip inspection a 5 ton bucket truck, route planning  to various job locations in the Greater Vancouver Regional District, setting up road barriers, signs and cones to ensure a safe work-site in and around busy city road and foot traffic. Mostly kick and set rotted distribution poles, install pole top circuit breakers, transformers, cutouts, lightning arrestors, replace broken hardware, rotten cross arms, and do pole inspections.

Receiving daily work-orders via email, scheduling regular truck maintenance as needed, daily route planning, loading materials, conducting crew safety meetings, interpret engineering prints, safely carry out daily work begining with setting up barriers and cones to protect crew and public.Work included but not limited to installing backbone in new residential commercial neighborhoods.  Which entails going to SDG&E, loading supplies as needed, driving to job site, pre job tailboard, set up then pull in underground cables, installing 3 phase racks, and multiple 200 amp elbow terminations.
