Mac Davis is a businessman in sports, entertainment, gaming, and politics based in Oxford, Mississippi, and New York City. An Ole Miss Student, Davis has gained experience working with sports leagues, gaming startups, entertainment companies, and more, founding his own brand, Mac Davis Entertainment, an umbrella fund in the sports, entertainment, and gaming industries. Davis started working in the Equine Business, something he's fallen in love with ever since. Since beginning in 2022, Mac has worked hard to learn more about the racing world, from working in media for horse racing and working directly with stables to successfully investing in multiple winning horses. Now, Davis has become an owner of various racehorses and a co-owner of others who race all around the globe. A grade-one winning owner, Mac has found a deep love for thoroughbred and standardbred racing, getting the ins and outs of the industry. Davis started with WLiR Stables, one of his top partners working with me on the NYRA circuit, helping manage the stable with multiple winning horses like Vintage Hollywood, Weekend Rags, and Fade to Grey. Davis also worked heavily with UTCB Stud LLC, a syndicate company based out of Pennsylvania. On the standardbred side, Davis worked with Funky Munky stables and was an owner with the Stable.CA on Shesasassybeach, who won twice for us. When I dreamed of chasing the Kentucky Derby and winning it, I turned to Commonwealth and became a part of the Mage team, having the 2023 Kentucky Derby Winner Mage cross the finish line for us. A dream of a lifetime came true. Following his success in horse racing, Davis turned to the gaming and sports ownership world focused on sports animals. He quickly joined the Greyhound Racing Industry, campaigning and fighting for the industry to get another track. Mac furthered his ventures in gambling, focusing on his company, Mac Davis Enterprises, making virtual gambling games for users and franchising casinos in the United States. Davis further focused on sports ownership with multiple teams in minor league sports. Now, Davis continues to work on his company's growth in online gambling and gambling on obscure and minor league sports while working towards his degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, where he resides in Oxford. Aside from his job, Mac is a bull rider and pilot and loves to spend time with friends, family, and his dog, Ruth.
