I am an IT Professional with nearly 10 years of experience with Server, Network, and Office/Microsoft 365 Administration, as well as internal and external support for desktops, servers, and applications. I love solving problems and strive to do so with efficiency in both time and resources. I always follow company processes, but I also look to challenge them when I envision a potential improvement to the workflow and productivity within my department or for the company as a whole.
