Qualified Gas Engineer with up to date certificates including:o CPA1, CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1. CEN1, MET1. o Energy Efficiency Domestic Heating. o Essential Electrics, o Combi – B Basic F Finding, o Combi – B Advance F Finding.  Up to date Gas Safe registration.  Comprehensive knowledge of most major boiler manufacturers i.e. Vailiant, Worcester etc. Fully conversant with Natural Gas Heating / Water systems.  Thorough understanding and the ability to read and use Diagrams and Schematics.  Have excellent plumbing and general property maintenance knowledge.  Demonstrable experience in servicing, breakdown and installation. Have a diverse portfolio of clients with whom my team work with on all their property maintenance requirements. Projects include bathroom and kitchen fittings/installations, interior redesigning of floor plans and building extensions and completing new builds. Deliver property management solutions to private and public sector landlords to ensure all properties and legally compliant to Health and Safety regulations.
