•Provide comprehensive support in engagements dealing with acquisitions, portfolio valuations, financial reporting valuation (ASC 805), appraisals, debt valuation, and site due diligence.•Complete analysis on all major real estate asset classes and types; including multifamily, office, industrial, gas stations, restaurants, retail and hotels for institutional investors and financial instutions. •Provide clients with research and valuation analysis to determine the value of their real estate assets.•Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research on local, national and international real estate markets using all accepted and relevant approaches on a wide range of public and private entities and REITs.•Use Argus and Excel to design financial discounted cash flow models for the sales approach and cost approach valuation methods.•Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.•Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.•Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
