Responsible for the development and implementation of a diverse marketing program within South Carolina to create brand identity and expand the company's presence in strategic markets. Successfully direct efforts at specific clientele such as industrial, healthcare, hospitality/entertainment, higher education, commercial office, religious, multi-family, and specialty fields.Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while establishing new clients in strategic geographic and building disciplines within the state. Worked closely with the preconstruction department to orchestrate specific dynamics and highlight areas of interest to the client and presented the information in a professional and analytical response. Develop and participate in all presentations to prospective clients. Identify and successfully established new client relationships within all Commercial Construction Sectors of South Carolina. Successfully establish relationships with Building Owners, Developers, Architectural and Engineering firms throughout the Carolinas.
