CurrentManage a variety of projects ranging from technology updates and internal programs to member facing initiatives at the credit union originally opened as a teachers’ financial institution, and currently supporting school districts as predominant clients in addition to individuals within the community. Developed mission, vision, and core values for the institution.Expanded the credit union from $92MM in assets upon taking the role to current assets of $126MM, increasing total assets by 37% within four years, and membership by 10%, and remaining on pace this year for an 86% increase in net income growth. Remain on schedule to decrease operating expenses to assets ratio from 6% to 5% this year.Placed a strong focus on expanding technologies where before there were limited efficiencies in this area.Supervise 55 team members serving members and performing internal tasks from four locations.Oversaw over 30 projects to increase technology and efficiency while serving as a liaison between staff and the board of directors, and hosting monthly board meetings.Created the Asset Liability Committee, and host monthly meetings.Introduced Team United, a committee focused on culture with six staff from different departments meeting monthly and brainstorming on ways of improving credit union communication and morale, and providing input on how to improve benefits each year, resulting in an increase in internal survey scores.Led the increase from one insurance plan option to four options, an offering of free health insurance with zero monthly premiums, and an enhanced paid time off program.Introduced an employee assistance program funded by staff to assist team members in need.Created the “Culture Corner”, a quiet room where employees can take a break, play a board game, relax or read.Increased the “Best Placed to Work” score for three consecutive years.
