Oden Hughes LLC is dedicated to the development, acquisition, construction, and property management of multifamily real estate in the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Houston markets. As Managing Director, helped oversee the various aspects of development for projects in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, & DFW. We developed 27 Class A communities totaling 9,000+ units with a total valuation of over $1.25 Billion during my time there.

SVP is a highly-regarded real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and development of 30 million+ square feet of commercial space, at a total value exceeding $2 Billion.As a development associate in the company, responsibilities entailed all aspects of development process, including: site selection & feasibility, financial pro-forma, entitlement, fund-raising & capital structure, planning & design, overseeing ground-up construction, hiring staff, and ongoing asset management through lease-up to stabilization. Worked side-by-side with principals on development of five Class A+ apartment communities in Houston and Austin. Comprised of 1,738 apartment units in addition to some ground-floor retail space. Approximate value of projects exceeded $275 million.

Founded and served as Principal of Austin City Realty (ACR) – a real estate brokerage and investment company. Worked on every facet of the company; directing the business development & recruiting, accounting, financial forecasts, sales training & management, marketing & advertising, and web development. Within six months of being established, ACR became the 1st in size and 2nd in total deals executed amongst all UT campus-area brokerages. Sold out of ACR in early 2008 to focus on multifamily development. ACR has since expanded to additional offices in Austin and San Marcos.
