In developing recruitment programs and initiatives utilized value-based recruitment efforts for first year cohorts, and guided them through organizational infrastructure and onboarding. Going beyond the recruitment of cohort participants, I spearhead large scale leadership projects and guided the cohorts through training and development.Contribution Highlights: Strategic Development: Coordinated month long recruitment plans, including creating infrastructure planning with students to build and facilitate project planning, as well as identify/establish project goals. Program/Project Management: Currently spearheading efforts at University of Delaware leading to identifying 390+ prospects, extending an initial bid list of 50. Stakeholder Interface: Solicit interest and buy in with advisor board with alumni at up to 9 schools focused on building engagement and fostering relationships with universities. Team Leadership: Lead the diverse teams of up to 50 students in semester long leadership and community involvement projects and expansion efforts.

The primary focus of my efforts here were as the Regional Liaison between the general fraternity and 25-30 regional chapters. This involved providing one-on-one mentoring, group facilitation, and teaching best practices to leadership program candidates. As part of this, I conducted 2-day on site consultations and meet with officers for competency checks, and mentorship/advising. Contributing to program management and support I communicated with alumni leadership regarding program performance, and to make development recommendations. Working directly with undergraduates I assisted them in implementing the award-winning LEAD program for membership development.Contribution Highlights: Strategic Development: Road mapped and developed strategic plans for the coming year in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and alumni. Project Management: Developed, oversaw, and facilitated major annual conference, College of Chapters to provide executive training for 155 presidents of chapters over the course of 3-day training. Project Management: Created and launched online webinar series, Institutes Conference, focused on providing ongoing leadership training and transition support to Sigma Nu officers. Program Management: Organized and facilitated annual event, GrandChapter, for 300 individuals and alumni to meet with sections of congress and further mission and outreach efforts. Stakeholder Interface: Engaged with administrative officials to foster alliances with fraternity and enhancing alumni volunteer relationships in support of leadership development for students.
