As a Product Manager at Workhub, I own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from defining the strategic vision to ensuring successful execution. I also facilitate sprint planning, prototyping, and design reviews to refine features and accelerate the development cycle. In my role as Product Administrator, I was responsible for ensuring seamless communication between teams and supporting the product development lifecycle. I played a key role in sprint planning and retrospectives by generating data-driven reports and metrics, helping to inform decision-making and improve team performance.I also worked closely with the President to transform project specifications into detailed wireframes, ensuring that product requirements were clearly communicated to the development team. My role involved facilitating a "Product Request Meeting" between the President and the Customer Success team, where I helped capture user feedback, prioritize initiatives, and align project proposals with customer needs and business goals.By bridging the gap between customer-facing teams and development, I contributed to a more efficient and transparent product development process, helping to ensure that our roadmap was both customer-centric and aligned with strategic objectives.I also created a custom plugin for Jira (using Angular as a front-end) to assist in creating a real-time report for each sprint.

As a freelance website designer, I work with small businesses and startups—primarily family-owned or friend-run—to create custom websites that align with their brand identity and business goals. My approach focuses on listening closely to each client to understand their vision, target audience, and desired outcomes, and then translating that into a functional, visually appealing online presence.I specialize in developing websites from the ground up using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, creating everything from landing pages to full-scale marketing websites. Throughout the design process, I guide clients through the steps of creating their first website, helping them navigate challenges and ensuring they feel confident in the decisions being made.Notable projects include working with Concept Fit and SchoolSoft Technologies, where I delivered tailored websites that helped elevate their brands and meet their business needs.

My time as a Summer Student was very rewarding and challenging. Some of my duties included assisting in testing new hardware and software in the laboratory, resource inventory, and creating network change proposals. Axia was my first job experience in a technical environment, and I was fortunate to experiment with many new things; some of the most notable is writing and deploying network configurations in the lab and using Python scripts to automate the workflow.
