*Developed & Build first Ordering System & Delivery Network , from scratch with our Tech partners , for Bestway Direct Ltd (Trading as Best-One ) , created e-commerce ,digital Delivery business for Bestway Cash and Carry – with orders hitting 4500-5000 a week with turnover of more then 5 million pounds per week - *Developed & implemented 1st Web Ordering solution /platform for Bestway , operating through Bestway Direct Ltd with help of Tech partners ,creating first Ecommerce solution for the Group -*Managed the Web Site and developed Order capturing mechanism within Bestway Direct web site with end to end customize ,ordering , delivery ,accounting , stock and procurement solution - *Managed & developed an Open Link policy to integrate multiple Epos and other order delivery systems for ordering irrespective of structure or coding , using open file format links -*Developed and build 1st Hand Held Ordering system with help of Tech partners & managed it through out the ordering and delivery cycle including running of all operations .*Developed & build PC based programs as an adaptor software for ordering.so retailers with non-compliant systems can link for ordering / file up and downloads -*Developed and Build 1st Sales retrieval system, using BA technology for collecting sales from different Epos systems with external partners like Neilson , RDP etc. ,Overall management of all entire IT Retail operations within the Bestway Direct and Retail domain ,including Best-One and delivered business at National level (All UK) Done quite a number of projects with different Tech companies like Oracle , IBM , MS , Hitachi , Siemens , Symbol etc , for the development of all the infrastructure for Ordering , Delivery and Logistics systems running on national distribution network , work done from designing , development , testing , debugging , roll outs , including project management and going Live , for Bestway Cash and Carry & its flag ship Symbol Group : Best-One - For the last 27 years working with multiple Tech partners , suppliers and Epos providers for multi platform/ multi channel ordering network .
