The key assignments include but not limited to mauza profiling at targeted locations, sites acquisition & buildout as per proposed telecom designs with next generation telecom services. Managing audit of delivered sites as per BOQs submitted in bids. Currently we (Jazz) have won 13 billion PKR subsidy in 30 different lots.ResponsibilitiesMauza Profiling: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the targeted locations to understand the local demographics, terrain, and infrastructure availability. This profiling will help in designing the most suitable and efficient telecom solutions for each area.Site Acquisition: Identify suitable locations for setting up telecom infrastructure, such as cell towers or base stations, based on the proposed telecom designs. Negotiate with landowners or relevant authorities to acquire the required sites for deployment.Buildout and Deployment: Execute the construction and installation of the proposed telecom infrastructure at the acquired sites. This includes setting up towers, equipment, power supply, and any necessary network connectivity to enable the delivery of next-generation telecom services.Next-Generation Telecom Services: Ensure the provision of advanced telecommunications services to the targeted areas. This may include high-speed internet access, voice services, data connectivity, and other value-added services, based on the specific requirements and technological advancements.Audit and Quality Assurance: Oversee the audit of delivered sites to ensure compliance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQs) submitted in the bids. Verify that the implemented infrastructure matches the proposed designs and meets the quality standards outlined in the contract.

Achievements:Effectively orchestrated the consolidation of legal documentation pertaining to Jazz Access sites within the Tower Co Project.Project Tower - Co Doc. Management & Legal Coordination (For Access sites): To efficiently manage the documentation and legal processes for the Tower Co project. Managing Novation Agreements: Coordinate with the regional SAQ (Site Acquisition) teams to manage the Novation agreements for all the Access sites listed in the project. These agreements involve transferring rights and obligations from one party to another, such as when there are changes in ownership or lease agreements. Ensure that the necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Document Preparation: Ensure that all the required documents for the project have been prepared in consultation with the Jazz Legal team. These documents may include agreements, permits, licenses and any other relevant paperwork. Access Site File Acceptance Criteria: Familiarize yourself with the acceptance criteria for the Access site files. Ensure that all the required documents meet these criteria to facilitate smooth acceptance and avoid any delays or rejections. Submission to Tower Co Legal Team: Provide the prepared documents to the Tower Co Legal team for verification and subsequent approvals. Coordinate with them to address any concerns or queries they may have regarding the submitted documents. Tracking and Responding to Legal Queries: Establish a systematic process for tracking and responding to legal queries raised by the Tower Co Legal team on a site-wise basis. Create a centralized system to log and monitor these queries to ensure timely responses. Efficient Query Resolution: Work closely with the Tower Co Legal team to address their queries promptly and accurately. Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders, such as the SAQ teams, to gather the necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.

Project – Passive Infrastructure Sharing (Access Site Sharing) 2G & 3G rollout sharing as Guest. Network Modernization Project (sharing) Sharing as host.Achievements: Accomplished the guest rollout of over 500 sites at OMOs, delivering substantial Capex savings amounting to $18-20 million. Proficiently concluded the network modernization project for existing sharing sites, adhering to the stipulated timelines. Successfully attained a 25% sharing target as the host of the entire network, concurrently generating an annual revenue stream of $32 million.Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end evaluation of site sharing leads, ensuring swift approvals to expedite revenue generation for the broader infrastructure sharing business. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of sites encompassing transmission (TXN), radio access network (RAN), radio optimization (RO) and operations (OPS) to optimize passive infrastructure sharing capabilities. Establish effective communication channels with both internal and external departments, facilitating the seamless technical evaluation process and expeditious resolution of escalated inquiries. Ensure timely provision of essential technical data to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct weekly analysis of Infrastructure Sharing Team (IST) projects and diligently monitor project progress and activities.Take charge of resolving escalated operational issues related to shared sites, while exploring opportunities for DC power sharing with Operational Mobile Operators (OMOs) wherever feasible. Spearhead the management of new rollout initiatives, with a focus on negotiating with OMOs to secure prompt responses and approvals for sharing arrangements. Lead the reconciliation efforts for various projects, including new 3G deployments, existing 3G conversions, lease expiry cases and others, by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• On call Level-I support to all site’s related issues and escalate the fault to the respective person in circle and provide solution to OSV in coordination with level II. • First level support to MS Teams in case of Microwave links path identifications. • Coordination with vendors to minimize MTTR. Analysis of faults to minimize the ratio. Ensure that RTC drops/Low MAAR, Low MHT, Zero Calls, BSS Preparation Failure, BSS Internal failure, Low IHSR, HO drops, Low CSSR, DCR issues.• Regional coordinator for over hauling of Gensets.• Coordination with vendors (Bahum+MPL+EPTSC) for smooth execution of Genset over hauling and major/minor repair.• Keeping track of Prime/T-Prime sites in the region and coordinating with Energization dept. & with Operations for urgent resolution of the commercial power related issues.• Regional supervision of site refueling audit visits, analysis based on DG running minutes and update to Nationwide on Daily basis.
