Analyzed Account history, identifying patterns and past payments that allowed both parties to move forward toward a current status, in a realistic manner. Adapted quickly to changing policies and procedures.

The main goal of this team was to build a bridge between the lenders and the Appraisers connected to the file. My role consisted of pairing appraisers with properties. I was moved up to the Escalations team, seeking to understand any issues, along with following the de-escalation process.

I was then trained in Veteran Affair disclosures which includes ensuring data was entered correctly, allowing me to take on all 50 states. Began taking inbound phone calls, emails and client requests. Became a key team member due to my VA knowledge.
