Responsible for Security services across a large national FM portfolio. With over 80 high profile sites that deliver a combination of both commercial and corporate facilities, our staff play a major part in ensuring that the customers journey throughout remains a positive one. This is done through clear direction and engagement with our staff, which in turn helps them both embrace and understand what excellence looks like.

Managing a large FM Property portfolio, covering both Security and Cleaning provision across a number of prestigious sites in Manchester. Working closely with our Client towards finding better solutions that are both effective and sustainable.Honesty, transparency and integrity, helped forge solid relationships, resulting in the client having confidence in my ability to identify smarter ways towards how best to manage their Security needs.Regular staff engagement afforded me the ability to both assess and nurture our teams, resulting in a workforce that felt motivated and supported, which in turn drove standards beyond the clients expectation.Whilst at Carlisle, l worked across a number of different sectors, namely Port Security, Public Services and Commercial portfolios, which broadened my skill set and gave me a number of new transferable skills. During my Tenure, l was also utilised to support other Manager's, offering then assistance and guidance around better and more effective ways to work.

Alongside 3 regional supervisors and a technical admin account team, l held accountability and direct responsibility for the management of a fleet of 30 patrol vehicles and 70 officers across a large national blue chip contract. Monitoring service levels and operational excellence, l worked closely with the client management teams towards identifying key areas of focus that best met current trends and ensured these were communicated effectively among our team.

Responsible for Managing the welfare and effectiveness of a large team of Aviation Security Officers with the safe passage of millions of travelers through Manchester Airports busiest terminal, by ensuring compliance and policy set by Aviation regulating bodies were constantly met.

Responsible for compliance, operational and business proficiency across multiple contracts worth in excess of £4m. During this period l managed branches in a number of diverse sectors that included commercial, corporate, local council, government and retail. Enforcing the companies’ policies and procedures whilst ensuring all regulations, training and standards on all sites were both current and relevant. This was delivered through a business plan that was both practical and sustainable.throughout my employment l also lead a number of diverse projects such as: TUPE on large national contracts, implementation of a company community awards scheme, and the start up of a national ADHOC Branch.

Responsible for managing Security on the City of Manchester stadium during the Commonwealth Games in what was then historically the UK's largest ever sporting event.
