With over seven years of work experience in project engineering and management, I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments. As the country manager of Group-IPS America, I oversee a team of ten project managers and engineers who deliver high-quality industrial projects across various sectors. My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, while ensuring the financial and operational performance of our company. I value teamwork, diversity, and excellence, and I strive to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth among my colleagues and partners.In my current role, I also manage the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of complex and large-scale projects in aluminum, food and beverage, data center, and other industries. I coordinate on-site installation activities with a focus on cost, quality, schedule, and safety, and I produce scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, piping, structural, and other disciplines. I leverage my skills in project engineering, Microsoft Project, etc. to ensure the successful execution and completion of our projects.
